Prerequisite: Admission to the MSETM program or consent of instructor
Description/Objective: Examines the major issues, principles, and
processes associated with successfully implementing change in technical
workgroups and organizations. Case study examples of successful and
not-so-successful implementation efforts are used to highlight and
demonstrate fundamental principles. Emphasis is placed on strategies and
techniques to increase the probability of effective implementation and
use.
