Prerequisite: Admission to the MSETM program or consent of
instructor. Description/Objective:
Overview of intellectual property laws and management of
intellectual property. Explore ways to mange intellectual property
from conception through production and licensing. Topics include
types of intellectual property and associated legal issues and
management processes.
