Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing and consent of program director. Overview of telecommunications industry, technology, regulatory environment, and current topics in telephone services (wireless and wireline), business data services, CATV, and Internet services and providers (including JAVA and HTML). Managerial and strategic aspects of telecommunications technologies. Guest speakers from the telecommunications industry.
