Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MS in ETM program or consent of instructor. Continuous and systematic process of thought about the future, resulting in a plan or specific course of action for communicating, coordinating, and controlling activities. Strategic, long-range, tactical, operational, contingency and performance planning.
