consent of instructor. Patterns utilized by successful managers for
decision making. Organizational skills, investigation through
questioning and logic, decision-making among alternatives, and ensuring
the success of decision. Analyzing problems and decisions, appraising
situations, managing problems of human performance, and implementing
processes.
