regulated mono-polities. Power pricing. Deregulation and the Energy
Policy Act of 1992. Bulk power markets, transmission access and
wheeling. Economic dispatch and system operations. Security and
reliability. Environmental externalities and Clean Air Act compliance.
Procurement of new capacity and integrated resource planning.
Co-generators and independent power producers.
